SV001 Motorised Sieve Shaker for 200, 250, 300 & 315mm, 8 & 12 inch diameter sieves

This is a simple & low cost Sieve Shaker, ideal for both site & laboratory use. It incorporates an electric motor to provide an effective sieving action.

This unit will accept 200, 250, 300 & 315mm, 8 & 12 inch diameter sieves.

The shaker can hold up to eight 200mm diameter sieves or seven 300mm diameter sieves. It is fitted with a 0 to 60 minute timer. Wet sieving lids & receivers in the appropriate sizes may be used with this shaker.

SV003 Motorised Sieve Shaker for 200, 300, 8 & 12 inch diameter sieves

This shaker will accept up to twelve 200mm or 8 inch diameter sieves, lid and receiver or up to six 300mm or 12 inch diameter sieves, lid and receiver.

The timer is variable with a range of 10 to 60 minutes to set the duration of the test. It stops automatically at the end of the set time duration. Wet sieving lids & receivers in the appropriate sizes may be used with this shaker.

SV005 Electromagnetic Sieve Shaker for 200, 250, 300 & 315mm, 8 & 12 inch diameter sieves to EN 932/5, ISO 3310/1

This Sieve Shaker uses electromagnetic impulses to impart a triple vibrating action.

The shaker is of a simple and sturdy construction making it ideal for continuous and intense use. It is operated and controlled via a separate control panel enabling high precision, performance and repeatability.

This unit will accept 200, 250, 300 & 315mm, 8 & 12 inch diameter sieves.

The shaker can hold up to 10 sieves. It is fitted with a digital 1 to 999 minute timer, accessed through the digital control panel. This separate panel also gives the user control of the vibration intensity and pauses between sieving actions, which is particularly useful when sieving fine materials. Wet sieving lids & receivers in the appropriate sizes may be used with this shaker.

SV010 Hand Operated Sieve Shaker for 200mm & 8 inch diameter sieves

This shaker has been specifically designed for site or laboratory use where electricity is not available.

By rotating the crank the shaker applies a vertical and rotational vibration action.

This unit will accept 200mm & 8 inch diameter sieves.

The shaker can hold up to six sieves plus lid & receiver. It is fitted with a 0 to 60 minute timer. Wet sieving lids & receivers in the appropriate sizes may be used with this shaker.

SV012 Ro-Tap® Sieve Shaker for 200mm & 8 inch diameter sieves

The Ro-Tap® shaker accepts up to 6 full-height 200mm or 8 inch sieves or 13 half-height 200mm or 8 inch sieves, plus a full height receiver.

This unit will accept 200mm & 8 inch diameter sieves.

The Ro-Tap® Sieve Shaker provides a compact design and aggressive sieving action. This shaker provides 278 oscillations and 150 taps per minute to produce an effective sieving action. It is powered by a 1/4 hp motor and provides a built-in 99 minute step-down timer.

SV014 Circular Motion Sieve Shaker for 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 315mm & 8 inch diameter sieves

This sieve shaker is designed to use a uniform, horizontal circular sieving motion according to DIN 53477 & accepts up to 5 kg of sample material.

The shaker can hold a stack of sieves up to 510mm high. A digital control & display shows the actual number of revolutions. The speed is continuously adjustable between 50 to 300rpm & the controller allows the setting & modification of all process parameters.

This shaker is not suitable for wet sieving.

SV015 Screen Tray Sieve Shaker for screen tray sieves 457mm wide x 660mm long x 75mm deep

This high capacity sieve shaker is designed for sieving considerable quantities of any material & accepts up to 25kgs weight with a sample size of 28 ltr.

Sturdily constructed, the machine can hold five screen tray sieves and a dust pan. The screen tray sieves are 457mm wide x 660mm long x 75mm deep.

A dust pan is available for the screen shaker. Impact part number SZ141. Screen tray sieves are not supplied with the shaker and can be ordered separately.

SV016 Air Jet Sieving System for 200mm diameter air jet sieves, range 5 to 4000 µm

The Air Jet system is suitable for sieving powder and dry grain products, obtaining sieving results between 5 to 4000 microns. A vacuum machine applies a controlled decrease of pressure to the chamber beneath the sieve, drawing air out of the sieve through the apertures and carrying with it any particles smaller than the sieve aperture size.

This unit will accept 200mm diameter air jet sieves.

The vacuum machine is equipped with an automatic filter cartridge cleaning system, which allows many tests before replacement is needed.

The microprocessor controlled digital keypad can be used to adjust:

• Sieving time from 0 to 99 minutes
• Vacuum range from 0 to 99 bar
• Calibration function

The Air Jet System is supplied complete with a vacuum machine, Plexiglass cover, filter cartridge, 5 plastic collection bags & accessories.

Please Note: Impact recommends using an SV492 'O' Ring on each of the air jet sieves, as this gives a better seal.

SV020 Inclyno Sieve Shaker for 200 & 300mm diameter sieves

This is a heavy duty, floor standing Sieve Shaker with a unique gyratory sieving action.

This unit will accept 14 x 200mm or 7 x 300mm diameter sieves. It is fitted with a quick release clamp mechanism & a digital timer.

The sieve table of the Inclyno is always inclined to the axis of the machine. The table does not rotate but moves in a gyratory motion at 2rpm. This gyratory movement spreads the material over the entire surface of the mesh of each sieve but does not throw material high against the sides of the sieve. At the same time the table lifts and falls (at 300 jolts per minute) over a short distance. These two simultaneous movements ensure that each particle of material is given the optimum chance of passing through a sieve aperture.

SV025 Inclyno 3 Sieve Shaker for 200, 300 & 450mm diameter sieves

SV029 Sound Reduction Cabinet for use with SV001, SV003 & SV005 sieve shakers

The sound reduction cabinet for sieve shakers is lined internally with sound-proofing material for noise reduction to CE Directive.

The cabinet is suitable for use with our SV001, SV003 & SV005 sieve shakers.
